Missile components intercepted on way to Syria

Equipment bound for Syria which could be used to test ballistic missile components was intercepted during a previously undisclosed mission, the United States has announced.

"One example of its success occurred in February 2007, when four nations represented in this room worked together to interdict equipment bound for Syria - equipment that could have been used to test ballistic missile components," Mr Hadley said at a conference to mark PSI's fifth anniversary.

"Interdictions like this one have been successful all over the world - and have stopped many shipments of sensitive materials destined for Iran, North Korea, and Syria," he said, providing no further details.

Hadley is the US National Security Adviser. This interception appears to be about the time that Democrats were trying to get something going with Syria under the bogus belief that the state sponsor of Terror would help us out in Iraq so they could order a retreat. Delusions of innocence about our enemies appears to be a part of the Democrat DNA.

29 % of companies say they are unlikely to keep insurance after Obamacare

Conn Carroll: A new survey of 368 midsize to large companies found that 29% of them are considering terminating their active employee health care plans when Obamacare is full implemented in 2014. Only 71% of employers surveyed said they did not expect to drop their health coverage, while 20% said they did not know and 9% said they were planning to exit. The latest survey, conducted by Towers Watson, echoes an ealier survey by McKinsey & Co. finding that 30% of private-sector employers were planning to drop their employee health insurance coverage by 2014.
