Appeals Court ruling will help Democrats cheat at election time

Washington Post:
Appeals court strikes down North Carolina’s voter-ID law

The decision by a three-judge panel was an overwhelming victory for civil rights groups and the Justice Department that argued the voting law was designed to dampen the growing political clout of black voters, who participated in record numbers in elections in 2008 and 2012.
This was a ruling sought by the same people that required photo ID's to enter their convention and vote on their nominee.

I think it was brought in bad faith, to begin with.  It denigrates the competence, intelligence and abilities of minorities to suggest that they are incapable of acquiring a free ID to be used to vote and for the other purposes that are required for daily living in this country.

The supreme court should reverse this case and make it clear to the appeal courts they are not to mess with these voter integrity laws.
