Palestinians predictably throw a tantrum over losing their unjust claim to Jerusalem

NY Times:

Violence Flares as Palestinians Protest Jerusalem Decision

Hamas called for a new intifada, protests erupted across the Middle East, and Arab and European leaders condemned Trump’s move.
There is no rational basis for a Palestinian claim to Jerusalem.  Meanwhile there is over 3,000 years of recorded history that support the Jewish claim not to mention all the artifacts that have been found which support the biblical claims.  The main reason the Palestinians want it is because of their religious bigotry toward the Jews which stems from the Jews refusal to accept Islam.

At best their claim is based on a fantasy of a flying horse bringing a dead prophet to the site of a mosque that was built in an attempt to suppress Jewish history and the Temple their ancestors once worshiped at.

Muslims have a history of trying to suppress other religions.  In India they destroyed Hindu temples and built mosques in there place.  In what is now Turkey they converted Christian churches into mosques.  In Greece they converted the Parthenon into a mosque when they occupied that country.  That structure is in ruins because the Muslims stored their gunpowder and other ammo in the "mosque" and it exploded in the fighting to remove them.

It is shameful that Obama went along with this fantasy and tried to denigrate the rich history of the Jewish ties to the land with a ridiculous UN vote.

If the Palestinians were smart they would take the deal that Trump is offering them.  They are quickly losing support in the Arab world where leaders rightly see Iran as a much bigger threat to their security and they also see Israel as an ally against Iranian aggression.
