Porn star Democrats urged to run for the Senate in Louisiana denies being paid hush money by Trump

NY Times:

Porn Star Was Reportedly Paid to Stay Quiet About Trump

  • The $130,000 payment a month before the election was to keep her from talking about a sexual encounter that she claimed to have had with Donald J. Trump, according to a report.
  • Mr. Trump’s lawyer said that he “vehemently denies any such occurrence.”
She has stated in writing that the allegations are not true as has President Trump's lawyer.  This is another example of how Democrats don't respect women, they just use them for political purposes. They urged her to run as a candidate against David Vitter and now that she is not running for anything they call her a liar and use her as a prop to attack the President and his lawyer.

I don't think it is an accident that the attack includes Trump's former attorney, David Cohen.  He recently filed suit against Fusion GPS and others for allegations made against him in the dirty dossier.  It would not surprise me at all if Fusion was behind this story which landed in Glenn Simpson's old paper, The Wall Street Journal.

Fusion has been accused of attacking those who push back against its clients.  William Browder testified before Congress on some of the things that happened to him for going up against Fusion's Russian client in pushing the Maginsky Act.  A journalist who uncovered alleged corruption in Venezuela of a Fusion client also was viciously attacked.

This seems to fit the MO.  It is happening as the Steele dossier that Fusion promoted is becoming discredited and an embarrassment to Democrats.  They are like squid spewing ink to avoid attacks on their credibility.
