If 2018 election is about impeachment the GOP wins

The idea of impeachment raises the stakes for control of Congress this November and potentially puts the idea front and center in the midterm elections.
If Democrats go this route they will motivate a larger turnout of Republicans and they would never get enough Dems elected to win an impeachment vote in the Senate anyway.  It is a foolhardy exercise and that is the reason most Democrat leaders are saying the election is not about impeachment.

There is also the matter of the underlying political corruption in the DOJ and FBI as well as the intelligence agencies that are coming to light before the election.  The Russian collusion story is looking like a scam cooked up by the Clinton campaign and their opposition research effort and aided and abetted by high level people in the FBI and DOJ.

Then there is the fact that Democrats have alienated Trump voters by insulting them and their intelligence.

29 % of companies say they are unlikely to keep insurance after Obamacare

Conn Carroll: A new survey of 368 midsize to large companies found that 29% of them are considering terminating their active employee health care plans when Obamacare is full implemented in 2014. Only 71% of employers surveyed said they did not expect to drop their health coverage, while 20% said they did not know and 9% said they were planning to exit. The latest survey, conducted by Towers Watson, echoes an ealier survey by McKinsey & Co. finding that 30% of private-sector employers were planning to drop their employee health insurance coverage by 2014. When the Congressional Budget Office crunched Obamacare's spending numbers, they estimated that only 7% of employees currently covered by employer-sponsored plans would lose their plans. ...
